Love is constituted by sexual appeal and emotional attachment. There may be someone who is sexually appealing to you but you have no emotional connection to her/ him; and there may be someone whom you are emotionally attached to but who are not sexually attractive to you.
I met many girls who are on either side of the spectrum recently. More are on the sexual side and few are on the emotional side. May be I am too idealistic.
